For Codleo, this is not a mere slogan. Enshrined in our DNA, we feel that as responsible citizens we have a duty towards improving the lives of our fellow citizens just as any family member would. As a fledgling company like a new shoot growing roots, we are committed to making a difference albeit in a small way. One way that would have a meaningful impact on our local communities is to ensure that Codleo devotes a minimum of 1% of it's services and also all Codleo employees devote 1% of their working hours to volunteering with local communities. Though 1% seems rather small like a drop in the ocean but for those touched by these few hours of volunteering it is a life-changing experience (for Codleo family members giving and those receiving). As the company grows over time, we will scale our social responsibilities & practices and ensure that meaningful impact is felt on the ground by all concerned.
We are happy to support nonprofit organizations in making changes in their day to day functioning through Strategic consulting, Business Process Optimization or Technical support via subsidized pricing. Our interventions enable these organisations doing a terrific job in their field of work to better optimize available resources and focus better on the task of making the world a better place, one step at a time. The synergy between these NGOs and Codleo provides us with deep satisfaction that we are “enablers” in this inequitable world and are making a small difference, in our own way.
Proceeds from our services are channeled into supporting our employees taking up active volunteer activities on a regular basis as well as supporting education among the underprivileged local communities and youth force development. We strive to be a responsible entity and are inherently conscious that education is the gateway to transforming lives, families, and communities. We are committed to providing value-based and joyous education to communities who need it the most.
