Current openings

  • Supporting the project team by documenting and building solutions in Salesforce and requisite Marketing Automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot etc.)

  • Lead discussions to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and present solutions with supportive documentation

  • Provide subject matter expertise and critical thinking for the greater project to align with best practices integral to the project’success

  • At least 1-year experience building, testing and executing end-to-end Marketing Automation campaigns and flows, including Analytics

  • Work with the internal team, clients and external consultants in planning and executing automated marketing campaigns

  • Marketing Campaigns to include: Robust Email Marketing Tools, Marketing Automation, Prospect Tracking &Analytics, Lead Scoring & Grading, Custom Landing Pages, Lead Nurturing Campaigns, List Segmentation, Social Media Integration, Detailed Reporting

  • Meet with internal team to define and articulate business requirements, and build marketing solutions through Pardot and Salesforce.com

  • Create a standard of excellence (best practices) in email and marketing automation, while ensuring adoption for our clients.

  • Implement and support front-end technology questions regarding HTML emails, landing pages, etc. from templates while incorporating industry best practices

  • Manage data including segmentation and reporting, testing, cleansing and optimization

  • Develop and execute testing and optimization strategies to improve email metrics

  • Assist marketing clients with customer contact strategies to deepen the customer relationship and increase sales opportunities and then execute on these campaigns.

  • Consult with clients on enterprise or departmental level customer experience strategy

  • Recommend appropriate digital technology to support the customer’s needs end-to-end, including hosting and integration with existing technologies (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, etc.)

  • Manage the delivery of custom solutions, interfaces, and integrations with clients.

  • Evaluate requirements and provide solutions for activating and optimizing marketing technologies and E-commerce solutions.

  • Support business and technology teams to define, design, architect, implement and operate web platforms and capabilities

  • Understand all facets of the various platforms for both B2B and B2C clients, such as the creation of cross-channel campaigns, implementations of lead scoring, lead nurturing, alerts, routing and notifications, segmentation, personalization and creation of ROI reporting and key metrics

  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel

  • Managing the inside sales representatives team

  • Setting and tracking sales targets for your team

  • Suggesting and implementing improvements in the sales administration process

  • Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts

  • Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products

  • Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement

  • Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met

  • Build an open-communication environment for your team

  • 12-18 years IT industry total experience, with Minimum 9 years specifically in hands-on Salesforce.com architecting/solutioning, and development (coding) in Apex and Visualforce and Lightning, and any affiliated coding technologies required for Salesforce like Java-script frameworks.

  • Demonstrated track record of major solution architecture contributions in a large enterprise.

  • Lead the implementation with responsibility for the delivery of the architecture designs and solution strategy

  • Use deep business knowledge of Salesforce products to drive solution architecture and analysis engagement for major initiatives

  • Applied knowledge of SFDC and CRM processes including Sales, Services and Marketing functions.

  • Very strong leadership and influence skills - demonstrated ability to influence program partners to meet project and program objectives.

  • Solution Architect experience on implementation projects using Agile and Iterative approach

  • Force.com platform experience, including the limitation of the platform (e.g. API and governor limits)

  • Background with architecture concepts (integration styles, architecture styles, patterns)

  • Research, segment and tap the regional markets in need of Digital Solutions and build relationships with executive sponsors

  • In-depth knowledge on usage of Salesforce Products like sales cloud, service cloud, marketing cloud, commerce cloud, einstein analytics, and community cloud

  • A passionate individual and a go-getter to achieve and exceed the set business revenue goals with a deal pursuit strategy

  • Good listening skills in understanding the business problems, relate to similar experiences and our expertise, and propose innovative digital-enabled business transformation solutions

  • Extremely good verbal and written communication skills to create value in conversations, mine and upsell into existing accounts, good objection handling skills in tough situations

  • A creative mind with the ability to prepare and pitch tailor-made presentation to a prospect with full-confidence and sound knowledge on industry trends and apt use-cases

  • Networking with business community via social media, email campaigns, industry seminars and find ways to create an opportunity with your point-of-view

  • Crafting winning proposals by adhering to company-defined profit margins

  • Productive, positive frame-of-mind, hard-worker, result-oriented with an ability to work under pressure. Prior experience in Digital Solution Selling

 

  • Must have at least 3 Years of SFDC development experience

  • Candidate should have working experience as Salesforce developer providing customization, development, enhancement and support for Saleforce.com CRM Applications

  • In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application

  • Should have hands on development experience with Apex, Visual Force pages design, Triggers and batches etc

  • Should have knowledge about Salesforce Lightning component

  • Experience in working with HTML, CSS, Ajax, JavaScript, JQuery

  • SOAP & REST integration experience

  • Experience with middleware integration solutions
