With Winter ’21, you can now curate individualized customer journeys by defining which survey page they can skip to the next based on the Salesforce data.
Salesforce.org determines which survey page participants can see next. Use variables to define conditions in your page branching logic. Experiences in Performance, Enterprise, Developer, and Unlimited editions where Salesforce Surveys is enabled. To create page branching logic based on field values; users need the Salesforce Surveys Advanced Features permission, which is available with the Salesforce Feedback Management license.
