Currently, there are five different certifications that Salesforce has on offer: Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Salesforce Developer, Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Certified Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, and Certified Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant.  

Ask Salesforce – Speak to Salesforce executives and ask them who they would recommend in your city with the right skills needed for your exact requirement. 

Post Implementation services - The true test of the right consultant is when they support you post-implementation for a period of time and provide customised training sessions to team members to enable large scale adoption.  The support should be 24x7, offsite and onsite, and in any format.
