The website was re-designed with a fresh new look and feel, in tune with the needs of the times. We optimised their social media channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn etc. We launched their YouTube channel and created service videos showcasing their work for uploading on the channel. We devoted our energy on their social media channels and increasing their followers in an organic manner. We wrote blogs for them on various pertinent topics relating to their domain of elder health care which ensured that their ranking on search engines was high. Gradually, the agency was ranking on the first page of google on the basis of certain keywords, this led to leads and inquiries flowing in over time. Traffic on the website and impressions on social handles have increased considerably. We implemented Salesforce Sales Cloud to streamline & automate the entire Salesforce process for effective lead & customer management along with personalised & relevant communication.
