Be familiar with tech tools. The 21st century is all about tech and digital uses. So digital marketers need to be familiar with the tools of the trade. Basic or working knowledge of tools used in the industry is a must. One doesn’t need to be a nerd or a tech geek to know about these tools via various resources such as online, publications, social networks, or referrals.
