BEST PRACTICES FOR SALESFORCE END USERS TRAINING

In order for the training provided to companies and their employees to be a success, certain best practices must be kept in mind and adhered to during these sessions. These best practices are ingredients in a recipe intended for success. Let's read about them and learn how to ensure a better experience for all Salesforce CRM intended users.

Here are some Best Practices for Salesforce End User Training: 

  1. Customized training for each company role/profile. Salesforce Training in India has to be adapted to meet the exact needs of each department which is unique. One training module cannot be the way to go. Customized training has to be developed for different roles such as marketing, sales, and non – essential departments.

 

  1. Case study or scenario based training. For most persons, theoretical training is boring and has no relevance for them. However, if combined with case studies or scenario based concepts, things turn for the better. Instead of going through screens one after the other, share a real-world example and revolve the training around it. It’s important to educate end users during Salesforce Training in India when to use specific functionalities or features. 

  2. Train company employees in teams. Salesforce Certified Trainers train employees as per departments/teams or roles. Plus, their seniors or managers are present during these training sessions. In fact, as per a survey by Motorola Inc., training with the active participation of the senior management yielded a higher return on the investment.

  3. Practical training. A major component of the training provided by Salesforce Certified Trainers is practical (Hand On training) for the different departments. It’s simple, people don’t learn by watching or reading. They learn by doing it. It’s like driving a car or swimming in a pool.  

  4. Regular support training courses.  To ensure adoption rates remain high as well as train new employees, the services of Salesforce Certified Trainers must be utilized every few months. One time training session is an old strategy. – American based Xerox Inc. survey showed only 13 % of skills were remembered by those who have undergone any kind of training without it being reinforced or supported by further training sessions.
