Slack - Slack is a business communication platform developed by an American software company Slack Technologies. It offers many IRC-style features, including persistent chat rooms organized by topic, private groups, and direct messaging. Slack is the platform that connects people, information, and tools together to get work done. From FTSE 100 companies to family-run shops, millions of people around the world use Slack to connect their teams, unify their systems, and fuel their growth. It currently has over 12 million daily users in over 150 nations worldwide.  Integration with Salesforce CRM lets users converse in real-time between Slack and Salesforce Chatter, leading to enhanced collaboration and yield and streamlining searches across platforms.  It will let users look in the Salesforce instance from Slack and share the findings on Slack. 

MailChimp - It is a unified marketing tool that aids in engagement with clients, leads, and so on. The USP of this tool is strong contact management practices, aesthetically pleasing campaigns, and strongman-type information analysis. By linking the two is simpler to handle email lists and contact records. Did you know that over 15 million people/brands use Mailchimp? It is a very popular tool with MSMEs. The two together allow users to see and handle MailChimp campaign activities and subscriber lists from Salesforce, and can one transfer Salesforce contacts information into MailChimp.  

LinkedIn- LinkedIn is a USA based business and career focussed online service that operates via websites and mobile apps. Started in May 2003, this social media channel is primarily for professional networking, and has space for employment seekers to upload their resumes and employers to post career vacancy notices. Focus on and interact with the right purchasers, with LinkedIn and Salesforce integration.  Businesses are able to gauge the customer’s value by the information available on their social profile. Personalised & relevant messaging keeps customers & leads engaged.  It saves the sales team time by making sure that all outreach communication is individualised and logged in Salesforce 

Docusign - This is a digital transaction tool that enables users to send, sign, and handle legally binding documents safely in the cloud. It currently has over 200 million users. With the two linked, these can be easily managed via any electronic device. With the two connected sales cycles are reduced, enhancement in success rates, and saving the environment by a reduction in precious paper. Salesforce clients are able to receive electronic signatures, digitize and streamline agreements, and ease approval workflows, all from the comfort of their own safe tech platforms.
